On 7th September, New Century Leos arranged a charity car wash at Felixstowe Fire Station which saw a fantastic turnout. Together with fire fighters and volunteers from Lions of Felixstowe, Helen Keller Internet Lions Club and Yarmouth Lions Club, New Century Leos raised £950, which they shared with the Fire Fighters Charity.
The Club would like to thank Sean Ryan from Felixstowe Station for his help and use of the fire station, as well as Fork Truck Direct, DS Recruitment, Just Recruitment and Wilco, whose sponsorship helped to buy cleaning equipment and refreshments. And let’s not forget the free doughnuts from Greggs which kept the teams going!
